By registering with AMP – Exam Centre London, booking an examination, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). These apply to all learners, candidates, institutions, and service users.
You are advised to read these T&Cs carefully before booking any exam or using our services. If you do not understand or agree with any part of this document, please contact our Administration Team before proceeding. AMP reserves the right to update these T&Cs periodically, and users are responsible for ensuring they are referring to the most current version.
2. Admission and Candidate Information
2.1 AMP operates as an approved and independent exam centre delivering academic, professional, and skills-based examinations in line with awarding body regulations.
2.2 Candidates are responsible for ensuring they select the correct qualification, level, unit, and awarding body before making any booking. AMP staff may provide general guidance but cannot make decisions on behalf of candidates.
2.3 Information regarding our services can be obtained through our website, enquiry forms, email communication, or by contacting the Administration Team.
2.4 By accessing AMP’s website, you agree to our Website Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy. All personal data is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
2.5 Candidates must provide accurate and complete personal details, including name, date of birth, and awarding body registration details. AMP reserves the right to request valid identification and supporting documentation where required.
3. Exam Booking and Administration
3.1 AMP delivers both computer-based and paper-based examinations, subject to awarding body approval and availability.
3.2 Exam bookings must be made through AMP’s official booking channels. Candidates are responsible for reviewing all exam information, fees, and conditions before submitting a booking.
3.3 Once payment is received, a provisional booking confirmation will be issued. Final confirmation is subject to verification and availability.
3.4 Exam slots are allocated based on availability. While candidates may request a preferred time, AMP reserves the right to amend exam timings due to operational, technical, or environmental circumstances.
3.5 Examinations will only proceed if candidate details match awarding body records. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund.
3.6 All exam fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where AMP is unable to deliver the exam due to circumstances within its control.
4. Exam Changes, Rescheduling & Attendance
4.1 A confirmed exam booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and provided written notice is received at least 48 working hours before the scheduled exam time.
4.2 Requests received outside the required notice period may be refused or subject to an administrative fee.
4.3 Failure to attend an exam without prior notice (“No-Show”) will result in the booking being forfeited, and a new booking with full payment will be required.
4.4 Candidates must arrive at the exam centre at least 15 minutes before their scheduled exam time and present valid identification as required by the awarding body.
4.5 Late arrivals may be refused entry at AMP’s discretion and in accordance with awarding body regulations.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 All fees are published on AMP’s official website and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Fees must be paid in full before the exam date. AMP does not guarantee services until payment has been successfully processed.
5.3 Promotional or discounted fees are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5.4 AMP accepts payments only through approved payment methods listed on the website.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 All fees paid for exams and services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where AMP is unable to provide the booked service.
6.2 If AMP cancels an exam due to internal reasons, candidates will be offered a rescheduled date or refund, at AMP’s discretion.
6.3 Dissatisfaction with exam results, performance, or awarding body outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
7. Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration
7.1 Candidates requiring reasonable adjustments must notify AMP at the time of booking and provide valid supporting evidence.
7.2 Approval of adjustments is subject to awarding body regulations and operational feasibility.
7.3 Exams with approved additional time may be scheduled only in designated time slots, as determined by AMP.
8. Audio-Visual Recording
8.1 AMP may capture photographs, video, or audio recordings during examinations or events for security, training, or promotional purposes.
8.2 If you do not consent to the use of audio-visual material, you must notify AMP in writing prior to your exam or visit.
9. Communication
9.1 AMP communicates with candidates via email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or written correspondence.
9.2 Candidates are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.
9.3 AMP is not liable for missed communications due to incorrect contact details or technical failures outside its control.
10. Changes to Services and Policies
10.1 AMP reserves the right to amend services, exam delivery methods, operating procedures, and policies where required.
10.2 Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
10.3 Candidates must notify AMP of any changes to their personal or contact details without delay.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 AMP complies with UK data protection legislation and handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal information may be shared with awarding bodies, regulators, or UK authorities where legally required.
